By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:
1) Scope of Service
Endeavour provides exercise coaching and education to support longevity, health, and performance. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your licensed healthcare provider.
2) Safety & Participation
Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for exercising within your limits, using safe equipment/environment, and stopping if something feels unsafe. You agree to disclose relevant injuries, limitations, and medical considerations in your intake form. If we believe it’s unsafe to continue without medical clearance, we may pause coaching until clearance is provided.
3) Results Disclaimer
Results vary by individual and depend on consistency, recovery, nutrition, stress, sleep, and health history. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
4) Communication Standards
Messaging is for quick questions, clarifications, and minor adjustments—not urgent care. Response times:
• Foundation: community-based support + quarterly review cadence
• Optimize: replies within 48 hours (Mon–Fri)
• Pinnacle: replies within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and 24–48 hours on weekends
Complex changes may be addressed during your next check-in.
5) Timelines
You’ll receive your Trainerize invite within 24 business hours. For personalized plans (Optimize/Pinnacle), your program will be delivered within 48–72 business hours after your Longevity Audit.
6) Partner Perks
Partner services (DEXA, VO₂max, bloodwork, etc.) are delivered by third parties with their own pricing, availability, and policies. Endeavour is not responsible for third-party services.
7) Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future auto-renewals; you will keep access through the remainder of your current billing period. Fees already paid are not prorated. Refunds are generally not provided once service has begun, including after platform access, programming work, or sessions delivered.
8) Privacy
We collect information through your intake form and coaching platform (Trainerize) to deliver services. We do not sell your personal information.
